The manufacturing process begins with high-quality SPCC cold-rolled steel coils, selected for their uniform mechanical properties. To ensure precise load ratings across different temperature and humidity conditions, we utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to simulate stress distribution under load capacity. Computerized Punch Press systems execute structural perforations on upright frames, maintaining consistent dimensional accuracy.

Next, the sheet steel enters the multi-stage Rolling Line, where it is formed into custom shapes designed for maximum torsional resistance. Structural beams and components are joined using Robot Welding Machines, ensuring deep penetration and uniform welds that prevent stress concentration points common in manual welding. By minimizing thermal distortion, these automated welding systems maintain strict alignments across large-scale structures.

Before finishing, steel surfaces undergo a multi-step pre-treatment process to remove surface residues. Parts are processed in a dedicated Shot Blasting Machine, which uses high-velocity steel grit to remove scale and rust while creating a textured surface for optimal coating adhesion. The components are then transferred to the Powder Coating Line, where an electrostatic charge applies a uniform layer of epoxy-polyester powder. Cured at high temperatures, this finish offers excellent resistance to impact, chemicals, and abrasion.

Every production run undergoes non-destructive ultrasonic testing to detect internal anomalies in welded joints, along with dynamic load testing to verify load capacity ratings under simulated field conditions.
