Precision-engineered shelving systems custom-fabricated to support high-density logistics, commercial storefronts, and modular industrial office layouts.
Strategic supply chain infrastructure designed for high-capacity industrial fulfillment and precision manufacturing.
Founded in 2014, Foshan FlexiRack Intelligent Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd. has established itself as an elite global manufacturer of heavy-duty commercial storage, logistics tracking networks, and specialized business furniture systems. Over the course of 12 years of core manufacturing experience and 8 years of focused international export deployment, the company has built a robust structural framework serving demanding global distribution hubs, e-commerce giants, and architectural project specifications.
Operating a state-of-the-art production compound spanning 32,000 square meters, FlexiRack has unified state-of-the-art robotic steel fabrication with a dedicated QA team of 35 inspectors. Compliance and material integrity form the foundation of our production lifecycle. Backed by rigorous ISO9001 and CE certifications, we employ non-destructive ultrasonic flaw detection and dynamic stress testing to guarantee structural stability under load. Our primary markets cover North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, engineering high-load infrastructure tailored to localized regulatory standards (such as RMI in the US and FEM in Europe).
Addressing the convergence of physical document storage, hybrid office configurations, and smart warehousing.
The rise of flexible workspaces requires furniture and shelving that transitions easily from file archives to retail storefront partitions, calling for modular design, boltless click-lock framing, and powder-coated steel finishes.
Modern corporate and logistics centers face rising footprint costs. Storage solutions must offer vertical load-bearing capacity, reducing required floor footprint while maintaining high safety factors.
Modern workspaces blend retail storefront aesthetics with warehouse durability. Display shelving must offer high mechanical performance while featuring clean lines, scratch-resistant finishes, and dynamic 3D layouts.
Global demand patterns indicate a clear transition toward integrated, modular environments. Enterprise office operations no longer treat document archiving, retail displays, and product storage as separate units. Instead, they require unified shelving systems that can be rapidly configured for back-of-house storage, front-of-house customer displays, or heavy-duty logistics fulfillment. By engineering boltless systems, adjustable particle boards, and modular uprights, FlexiRack responds directly to this demand for flexibility.
From raw sheet steel to electrostatic powder-coated structural products: inside our 32,000 m² factory production lines.
Optimizing roll-forming, automatic welding, and chemical treatments for demanding industrial environments.
The manufacturing process begins with high-quality SPCC cold-rolled steel coils, selected for their uniform mechanical properties. To ensure precise load ratings across different temperature and humidity conditions, we utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to simulate stress distribution under load capacity. Computerized Punch Press systems execute structural perforations on upright frames, maintaining consistent dimensional accuracy.
Next, the sheet steel enters the multi-stage Rolling Line, where it is formed into custom shapes designed for maximum torsional resistance. Structural beams and components are joined using Robot Welding Machines, ensuring deep penetration and uniform welds that prevent stress concentration points common in manual welding. By minimizing thermal distortion, these automated welding systems maintain strict alignments across large-scale structures.
Before finishing, steel surfaces undergo a multi-step pre-treatment process to remove surface residues. Parts are processed in a dedicated Shot Blasting Machine, which uses high-velocity steel grit to remove scale and rust while creating a textured surface for optimal coating adhesion. The components are then transferred to the Powder Coating Line, where an electrostatic charge applies a uniform layer of epoxy-polyester powder. Cured at high temperatures, this finish offers excellent resistance to impact, chemicals, and abrasion.
Evaluating materials and structural designs to meet international safety and environmental regulations.
Safety is a critical factor in heavy-duty shelving design. In warehouse logistics, a failure in structural racking can impact operational safety and cause supply chain disruptions. FlexiRack ensures product integrity through a comprehensive testing protocol supervised by our 35 QA specialists. Every production run undergoes non-destructive ultrasonic testing to detect internal anomalies in welded joints, along with dynamic load testing to verify load capacity ratings under simulated field conditions.
Our engineering services also support localized structural requirements, including custom seismic engineering for active zones in North America and Southeast Asia. Working to the RMI (Rack Manufacturers Institute) guidelines and EN 15512 standards, our engineering team optimizes spacing, baseplate thickness, and anchoring systems. This ensures compliance with local structural codes, helping clients navigate regulatory approval and permitting processes.

Next-generation initiatives focus on carbon-neutral finishes and automated warehouse integration.
As industrial and commercial spaces move toward automation and reduced carbon footprints, FlexiRack's research and development roadmap focuses on two core priorities: carbon-neutral manufacturing and smart technology integration.
Our environmental initiatives include transitioning our Powder Coating Lines to bio-based and low-emission thermosetting powders, lowering energy use during curing without affecting surface durability. We are also optimizing raw material usage by incorporating lightweight high-strength alloys, which reduce steel consumption per shelf unit while maintaining structural load capacities.
For automated warehouse operations, FlexiRack's structural frames are designed to integrate with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). By maintaining tight dimensional tolerances (under +/- 0.5mm across upright alignments), our racking structures ensure reliable clearances and tracking for automated pickers and robotic shuttles.
